Centennial IPA: My Bell’s Two Hearted Ale Clone

An overview of the homebrewing process while making an American IPA using plenty of centennial hops.  Shows the recipe in video for other homebrewers to reference.  Also shows the use of First Wort Hopping.  This Centennial IPA is my approximation of a “Bell’s Two Hearted Ale” clone.

  1. Larry,

I have enjoyed all of the you tube videos. I am on day 8 of my 6th batch of beer and I have to tell you, I have seen more progress during this fermentation process than any other batch that I have brewed. I have been trying to brew a good batch of beer off an on for the last 6 or so years. I first brewed 4 or 5 batches and was so discussed with the out come I saved all of my equipment for 5 years. Since finding your videos, I decided to give it anther go and man I cant wait.

By the way all of my batches have been with kits. If this batch proves its self, I’m moving on to all grain. I turn an old cooler in to my mash tun this pass weekend.

    Thanks
    Wayne
