Azacca Pale Ale: A BIAB Beer Brewed the Sous Vide Way

A short update on how the pale ale turned out (before it was all gone) that I made in my “Small Batch BIAB: The Sous Vide Way” video. A downside to small batch brewing is how fast the beer goes.

  1. Hey Larry,

Thanks for sharing all your knowledge. My brew has been fermenting for about 2 weeks and 2 days. The first 3 or 4 days the reaction was incredible to watch. The yeast really had a blast. My question is I still see a burp of c02 every 2 to 3 minutes, should I wait a little longer or is it safe to keg?
