Brew Day & BBQ Live Stream Extravangza

It’s time for another EPIC live stream brew day AND also introducing my first ever BBQ live stream as well. Come join (virtually) myself, Chad, Clay from JaDeD Brewing, and Paul & Mike from  @Home Brewing TV  as we brew a ten gallon batch of cherry saison (recipe below) on the  @Spike Brewing  Solo eBIAB system and cook up some food (i.e. Grilled tomatillo salsa, hot wings, & Italian sausage sammiches) on the  @SnS Grills  Kamado.

Grilled Salsa Ingredients:

  • a bunch of tomatillos
  • onion
  • garlic
  • hot peppers
  • cilantro
  • salt
  • lime juice
  • pasilla or other similar dried peppers

Hot Wing Ingredients:

  • chicken wing drumettes and flats
  • hot sauce
  • butter
  • flour
  • Baking powder
  • salt

  • blue cheese dip or dressing
  • carrots
  • celery

Italian Sausage Ingredients:

  • GOOD Italian sausage
  • French rolls
  • Giardeniera
  • Red sauce (pasta gravy, marinara, or pizza sauce)
