A very simple method for baking whole potatoes on a grill. No foil required. Grill used in the video is a Kamado Joe Big Joe, but the method applies to all grill types.
Ingredients: Whole potatoes, oil to rub them.
Directions: Depending on time allotted, cook potatoes indirectly as shown below,
Smoking: 225-275 deg, 3+ hours (The tastiest option.)
Roasting: 275-350 deg, 1.5-3 hours (Second best option)
Baking: 350-450 deg, 45-90 minutes
