Upon finding tri-tip at my local grocery store (which is a rarity), I just had to pick one up. It was already marinated in the bag, so all I had to do was cook it. I cooked it on my kamado using the reverse sear method. I even threw in some scrap wine barrel oak stave pieces to add some smoke flavor since beef and oak go together like “peas and carrots”.
