Home brewing equipment isn’t only for making beer. It can also be used to cook delicious food including an 18 lb prime grade boneless ribeye roast. I cooked this roast for nearly 10 hours sou vide style in my 10 gallon electric Blichmann BrewEasy system before reverse searing it on my SNS Grills Deluxe Kamado. The result was perfectly medium rare interior throughout with a great exterior crust.
