St. Louis Trimmed Spare Ribs on the Slow ‘N Sear Kamado in Turbo Slow Mode

I decided to whip up a couple slabs of St. Louis cut spare ribs on my SNS Kamado. Dry rubbed, apple wood smoked, and coated with a sweet tomato based BBQ sauce, it turned out very well.

Recipe Ingredients:
Two slabs of spare ribs with rib tips trimmed off and membrane removed.
Either cook the rib tips on the side or vacuum seal them and throw in the freezer for another day.
Your favorite BBQ Rub. I used a combination of salt,
