The Adjunct Challenge: Corn vs Rice in an American Lager. Which is Better?

Clay and I brewed 20 gallons of American lager for a taste test following up on a four year old idea we had over beer. Half of the beer (10 gallons) was made with corn adjunct in the grain bill, and the other half (10 gallons) was made with rice adjunct.
